Reiki is an ancient form of stress reduction and healing system used in Japan for thousands of years. The term “Reiki” can be translated to “Rei”, meaning universal light, and “ki”, meaning energy or prana. It was recently brought over to the United
States about a century ago by Dr. Mikao Usui. Using the energy field around the human body, Reiki allows us to be able to “feel” for energetic disruptions and blocks. When a disruption is encountered, the Reiki practitioner will then utilize the
tools given in their studies to remove these blocks.
There are many types of benefits of Reiki. The beauty of this practice is very personal so each client will get their specific energetic needs met. Reiki will 'ow to the part of the body mind and soul where there are needs to be met. Some of

The Reiki Practitioner will have sacred space for the client to take some time for themselves. Provided is an ambient room with soft music and fragrances infusing into a dim lit atmosphere. The client will lay on a massage table and comfort is provided to the clients liking. While the client is on the table, the Reiki Practitioner
will then use the tools learned in their Reiki journey to scan the client. This is a touchless therapy. As the practitioner continues to scan, the client will feel more and more relaxed to the point of sleeping at times. Each client has a different experience in each Reiki session. Each Reiki session is also different so the client
may have different effects depending on that particular time in the client’s life.
